Shannon has been helping me and my wife find a home for about half a year now. She is always quick to respond and has good information all the time. Wish I could rate her 10 stars!! From start to finish Shannon was Amazing!! Her knowledge, drive, and customer service are unmatched! We had our hiccups along the way, of which none were her fault. But she took everyone of them and did what needed to be done. First day on the market there were showings all day! Unfortunately mid day the brand new lockbox which I saw her unpackage jambed. She stepped away from her busy schedule immediately and found a way to drive 35 minutes to get a new one on. She was super communicative during the whole process, and made things easy for us! Thank you Shannon!

Our experience with Shannon was excellent from the start. She had an impressive presentation that introduced herself and laid out the home selling process. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about selling our home for maximum value. Selling a home is never straight forward so when we hit a couple snags she was right there with great advice and a plan to get our home sold.
