Shannon Burrows

Shannon Burrows grew up in a small town outside of Buffalo, NY (East Aurora) prior to moving to Connecticut. After far too many years of cold and snowy winters, she packed up her life and moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Fl in 1997 and has never looked back. Shannon grew up learning about real estate through her mom as she was a realtor in New York and Connecticut. After settling into the Florida lifestyle Shannon decided to follow in her mom's footsteps and became a licensed real estate agent in Florida in 2003 and started her career at Coldwell Banker, where she met her husband, who is a real estate broker. Shannon has such a passion for helping others and learning she wanted to teach other agents how to build and scale their business and worked as a Trainer and VP of Business Development for several real estate brokerages in South Florida. In 2017, she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Shannon likes to say she found her purpose at the intersection of passion and pain while navigating her own breast cancer journey and now advocates for women on the importance of early detection and empowering women to take control of their lives and health, be their own advocate, and create their lifestyle by design. She became a certified cancer exercise specialist while navigating her journey through recovery and is on a mission to help bridge the gap between the medical and fitness industries. Shannon is passionate about making sure everyone creates their lifestyle by design, as life is too short to live unhappily. Life is about living, being happy, and being in the moment. Whether she is finding you your dream home or coaching women through health & fitness, it's not about the sale, it's about the experience! Health, Homes, and Happiness!
