I’m a commercial broker and TN Certified Economic Developer (TCEcD) with 17 years in real estate and 6 years leading our local Chamber, Economic Development and Tourism Organization. Commercial is my strength—I handle leasing, sales, investments, and guide businesses into spaces that actually support their success.

My economic development background gives me an edge: I understand market gaps, business needs, community strategy, and what actually makes a deal work long-term. I’ve supported hundreds of businesses, led major community projects, and know how to position properties so they stand out for the right buyers.

I also work in residential sales, bringing the same straightforward, strategic approach that keeps clients coming back.
