Shannon has a naturally nurturing demeanor paired with the tenacity of a bulldog. She is a doer, a dreamer, and an out of the box thinker with a true entrepreneurial spirit. As a young adult, she had a dream of homeownership. For fourteen years she worked toward her goal of owning a piece of her hometown. Redlands, CA is the place where she would plant roots and raise her family. Through hard work, educated and planned decisions, and a whole lot of luck and timing, four years ago her dream of owning a home became a reality.

Shannon and her husband learned along the way how it felt to have a real estate agent that truly cared. In November of 2019, she made the decision that a real estate profession was for her. She tirelessly read one chapter a night for almost a year to complete her real estate courses all while being a full-time wife, a mom to two children under 3 years old, and while helping to run the family construction business. She also started job shadowing with her broker and mentor one day a week. In the middle of all that chaos, she and her husband started a small Airbnb in their pool house.

Flash forward to the present day, and she is now a successful real estate agent, an Airbnb superhost and ambassador, and still helps run the family construction company.
