Shannon Durrum

As a licensed realtor, Shannon has well-rounded experience in all areas of the Real Estate industry. Understanding that your home is most likely the largest investment you will make, Shannon believes you should be represented by someone who has your best interests at heart. She has a clear understanding of the need for discretion when it comes to assisting her clients with their real estate needs.
Shannon is currently a board member at Southeastern Babe Ruth Baseball, Vice President of the Tates Creek HS Softball and has been involved with Central Kentucky athletic organizations for over 15 years. Prior to working in the Real Estate field, Shannon had the pleasure of serving children and their families for 10 years as a Director of childcare facilities and also worked as an assistant retail store manager for over 15 years. She has a long history of serving others at the highest level. When she isn’t immersed in the Real Estate world, Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her family and attending or volunteering at all types of sporting events.
