Shannon has been my realtor for several years now . When it came time to sell our last home in order to purchase my grandparents home , She sold our house in the first showing . Full ask and buyer paid closing costs . It was unbelievable . She knew who would be interested in the house before we even listed it . Had it not been for her exceptional planning and experience , we may not have been able to purchase the family home .
