Shannon is hands-down the best realtor we've ever worked with. Within hours of us finding a property we were interested in, she had contacted the seller's agent, gotten all the paperwork ready, and everything was in motion, which was crucial to how quickly the housing market is moving these days. She always answered or returned our calls promptly and her communication through each step of the process was stellar. On top of this, Shannon is well-connected with local insurance agents and contractors, making it extremely easy for us to get all of the related tasks and fixes taken care of. We'll definitely be working with her again in the future.

When beginning our home search, we weren't sure who we should work with. Everyone seems to know someone whose a realtor. Shannon was recommended to us by friends who raved about her, and after our experience, we would absolutely recommend her to our family and friends as well! Shannon is an incredibly hard worker. She is easy to get a hold of and sensitive to the urgency of the current market. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

My parents are going to be selling a home out of state soon and they have commented multiple times that they wish they could work with Shannon to sell their home after watching how amazing and comprehensive her services were.

Shannon is absolutely wonderful! She is very professional, experienced, and helpful! Our house sold within 2 days being on the market with multiple offers. She helped us get our house ready for the market with her many contacts who were amazing to work with! She understood the market and knew exactly what we should spend a little money on to get the best offers!
With the buying market being so hot, we weren't too excited about the idea of waiving inspection on our forever home. Shannon walked us through the building process and helped us decide that was the best route for us. I couldn't be happier with the neighborhood and builder who picked! If you are looking to build, you absolutely need a realtor! Shannon read through all of the documents, explained exactly what we were signing, and also recommended we change a few things. She was there throughout the whole building process from start to finish. She attend our home orientation meeting which was so extremely helpful! Shannon knew exactly what to look for and ask which was great.
You would be crazy to not have Shannon as your realtor! What an amazing realtor and person! Thanks again for all of your help!

Somehow in this busy housing market, Shannon made us feel as if we were the only ones in the entire world purchasing a home. We are so grateful for her time, flexibility, patience, and honesty throughout the process of finding our home. She was able to beautifully navigate through our wants and needs for this home purchase. We virtually toured and submitted an offer on a home in PA while vacationing in Utah---and felt comfortable doing so because of our trust in Shannon. We weren't able to attend closing in person, but when we arrived to our home for the first time, she was there to greet us....at 9:00 at night! She had the door unlocked, the lights on and adjusted the heat so that everything would feel so cozy. And it sure did. So many thanks to Shannon and her team for creating such a pleasant experience throughout the process of touring homes, selecting the right home and facilitating a smooth and timely closing. Shannon and Kelly are by far the best real estate agent team I have ever dealt with. Listing our house was a breeze with Shannon, we were under contract after just two days of showings. She walked us through the process from start to finish. She has extensive contacts to maximize the number of people who see your listing. Both Shannon and Kelly were available whenever we needed them. They are professional, thorough, responsive and knowledgeable, all the qualities you want in your realtor! There is no better realtor than Shannon! I have dealt with other realtors and Shannon is by far the best at customer service, expertise, communication and follow through. She sold our personal home in Feb. 2019 after a couple of weeks and my mother's home just recently in 3 days. Her team is wonderful and do everything to make selling as easy as possible. I would not use anyone other than Shannon and have recommended her to family and friends.

If you’re wanting an *expert* realtor (who also brings a delightful personal touch to your experience!), look no further!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a FSBO home with Shannon’s help. From start to finish, Shannon was pure class. It’s obvious that she is an expert among experts at her craft, but what’s more, she brings her warmth and personality to her transactions. She is very responsive, and she *listens* (how rare is that?!) In today’s seller’s market, buyers are often competing for homes. Shannon both prepared us, and then went out of her way to personally connect with the sellers of our home to determine goodness of fit and *their* needs as well. The result was: our bid was accepted, we had an amazingly smooth transaction, and we have new friends (the sellers!) I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Shannon! She is the best!

Shannon is the best realtor that you can ask for! I have been working with her for the past six months to find a new home and then close it, and she has been nothing but excellent each day!

We had a very unique problem when trying to get a mortgage and that is why our closing was delayed by more than a month. This problem was nobody’s fault but a result of low inventory and recent sales in the area we were purchasing in. Throughout the ordeal that we had to go through because of it, Shannon guided us at each step. Although even she had never seen such a problem, having worked for 8 years in this area, she utilized all her resources (which she has lots of!) to find out all the information required to continue on the path to closing and made sure we go there. She talked to other realtors, mortgage brokers, lenders, etc. to see how we can fix the issue we were facing in time to close the deal. She also faced the wrath of the sellers on our behalf on being late to close! All this while, she was very open with us, giving us all the information she was getting and making sure we were on board with all that she was doing to get us the home.

Having explained how she handled our unique situation, I will also mention the expertise she displayed while walking us through homes of a wide range of price and quality as we were unsure of what we wanted to buy, as well as the expert negotiating techniques and skills she employed in this market with 20 offers on a home to get us the home we wanted, which had 5 offers. I found Shannon after reading her excellent reviews on realtor.com. I toured some homes with a few different realtors with good reviews to decide which one I wanted to go with. Shannon was the clear winner based on the details she knew about things in a home, her personable way of communication, almost immediate responses to any communication at any point of time (even outside business hours and on weekends), and her previous experience of how she won bids on homes with about 20 offers. Because of her quick communication, we were able to book a viewing of each home that we wanted to see when we wanted, which has been difficult in this market of low inventory. She knew all the things we would have to do to get a home that we wanted, and always left the decision to us whether we wanted to do those things.

Once the closing was confirmed, Shannon made sure we have all the information needed to settle into the home, like utilities, cleaning, appliances, any projects, etc. She continues to be the first point of contact for us if we want to know or do anything about the home and we are thankful for that. I will definitely recommend Shannon to anybody looking for a realtor in the area she serves and will go to her myself if I need one in the future!

Shannon was so excited to sell our house. Her estimates for what we could get from the sale far exceeded our expectations. Everything about our conversations made the process seem seamless! In this market, sure, the house would've sold without Shannon, but she took it to another level by providing her vision and suggestions for getting more "bang for our buck" within the timeframe we needed. We got far more out of the sale of our house than we ever imagined - and sure, it was partially the market, but Shannon made sure we got the most well-rounded, secure offer. The other broker we were considering was using a team approach. It was important for us to know that Shannon Foster was going to be involved personally in every aspect of the sales process.

Shannon was an expert negotiator on our behalf. She continually had our best interest in mind. She provided almost immediate response to all communications. We gained far more proceeds from the sale of our house than we could have realized on our own. Shannon went above and beyond throughout the entire selling process to make things easier for us. Shannon helped my buy my house 3 years ago so I didn't think twice when I needed an agent to help me sell when I was moving away from the area. Even through the difficulties of planning a listing during a pandemic, she always had a plan, put me at ease and was realistically optimistic. Her level of communication is superb and so is her sense for the market- my home sold for full-asking price the day after it was listed! Shannon Foster was the realtor for a neighbor that sold his house, and the sale was quick and she had helped him to get the house ready for sale. Also, we liked the fact that she knew our neighborhood.

Shannon was on top of all aspects of the sale. She connected us to service people for minor repairs and to an excellent lender for our new home, she handled all negotiations related to the sale and was very good at communicating with us during each step of the process.

I can't say enough about Shannon's professionalism and her commitment to making the sale successful with as little disruption to our lives as possible.

I would highly recommend Shannon to others!
