The real estate market in Colorado right now is T O U G H. Having Shannon by my side with her many years of experience and her in-depth knowledge of the community I was looking in was ultra helpful. She was patient and kind with my barrage of questions and helped assuage my jittery nerves when things fell through with an offer.
