Shannon Grindley

Shannon Grindley’s biggest thrill is helping people find the home they cannot be without. Originally from the Inland Empire, Shannon moved to San Diego in 2010 after earning her BS in Business and Entrepreneurship. Once here, she started her real estate career in residential management before transitioning to home sales in 2015.

As an agent, Shannon is dedicated to helping her clients get the most for their dollar when buying and earn the highest potential when selling. She commits her entire focus to each transaction, providing practical, up-to-date information that ensures her clients make savvy decisions they are comfortable with—and excited about. Educating her clients about the buying and selling process so that they feel more empowered and confident is her forte.

Motivated by not only a hunger for success, but Shannon also has a strong desire to learn from and help others. She specializes in first-time home buyers, and teachers, healthcare professionals, first responders, and members of the military through Homes for Heroes, for which she is an affiliate realtor. She also supports public servants in getting discounted listings and greater cash back at closing. When not working, Shannon gives back to the community through her church, where she leads a mom’s group and mentors others. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her husband—a first responder—and their family.
