Shannon was one of the most dedicated Listing brokers i got a chance to work with. We were able to work and close a deal during the pandemic that without Shannon dedication and focus it could have taking us way longer than expected due to pandemic. Shannon was great at communicating and providing quick follow ups that align all parties.

I decided to sell my condo in Valley Cottage on a bit of a whim. Shannon helped me to get the house ready with a professional eye. She then had the house professionally photographed quickly to get the house to market ahead of schedule. This combination of hard work and determination had the offers coming in mere hours after officially entering the market. I would definitely recommend working with Shannon.
