I was born and raised in Houston, Texas… The 4th largest populated city in the US.
The place I call home now is a small, quaint town of Los Gatos, CA. It’s about 50 miles south of San Francisco, CA and about 10 miles from downtown San Jose. I live in a two-story craftsman style home with a nice back yard. It’s perfect for my family of 4 which includes my 2 year old Labrador Retriever, Rocksie, and my cat, Bootsie.
My favorite thing about living in Northern California is…Weather, weather, weather!!!! Coming from a very hot and humid climate and flat environment, I truly appreciate the beauty of the mountains and the gorgeous weather NorCal has to offer. The weather here makes it very hard to stay indoors. If you love running, walking, hiking, riding or really anything outside…this is the place to be.
When I’m not working…You’ll find me watching my daughter’s volleyball games, practices or dance performances. Gardening is another hobby of mine and something I find very therapeutic and with the great weather of Northern California I try to do it as much as I can. I also enjoy going to the gym 3-4 times a week to decompress. One of my more relaxing enjoyments is watching HGTV and getting home decor ideas from their website as well as the Wayfair website. I love modern, contemporary and glamour decor. However, I can appreciate any decor as long as there is some variety in the color scheme.
