With a passion for people, homes, and community, Shannon Odell has served as a trusted residential real estate professional since 2015 and became a Broker Owner in 2023. Known for her thoughtful approach and deep local knowledge, Shannon brings both experience and heart to every transaction.
A wife and proud mother of three, Shannon is deeply rooted in the Owasso area. She attends Cedar Point Church, where she serves at various events throughout the year, and is committed to giving back to the community she calls home. She served as a Chamber Ambassador for the Owasso Chamber of Commerce for approximately three years and currently serves on the Owasso Education Foundation Board, a role she has held for the past four years.
Shannon is also a dedicated leader within the real estate industry. She served four years on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Tulsa Network and is currently serving as Immediate Past President. In addition, she is an active member of the Education Committee at the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® and a graduate of the Leadership Owasso Program (Class of 2022).
Real estate runs deep in her family. Shannon’s husband is a residential home builder, and together they are involved in new construction, remodeling, home additions, custom builds, and select commercial tenant build-outs. Shannon personally selects the finishes, colors, and design features of each project—bringing creativity, intention, and elevated design to every space.
A lifelong lover of art and design, Shannon believes life—and homes—are simply more beautiful in color. That creative eye, paired with her leadership experience and genuine care for her clients, allows her to guide buyers, sellers, and builders with confidence, clarity, and style.
