About Shannon W Guidry

Shannon is a native of Tangipahoa Parish who attended Southeastern University to pursue a degree in accounting. She had been working in the financial banking industry since summer 1995 and loved her work. From 2002 onward, Shannon specialized in consumer and real estate lending, finding immense joy in helping her clients achieve their dreams. Whether it was buying their first, second, or third home, she witnessed the same expression of accomplishment that radiated throughout the room and relished in celebrating and sharing in their happiness.

After spending many years on the lending side of real estate transactions, Shannon decided to make the leap into real estate sales. She had always known that she would excel as a real estate agent, and when the timing was right, she made the move. Becoming a real estate agent proved to be one of the most rewarding career choices for her, and she often felt that she should have made the switch sooner. The anticipation of meeting her next client kept her eagerly awake at night, and by the end of each transaction, her clients became an extension of her family.

Shannon's best advice to homebuyers was not to overcomplicate the process. With her extensive lending and real estate sales experience, she ensured her clients would not knowingly risk missing the closing table. She had a dedicated team of real estate professionals working alongside her to get clients where they needed to be, and always on time.
