Shari Gustafson

Shari Gustafson was born and raised in a Texas ranching family where she remains an active owner with her two brothers. She attended the University of Texas for undergraduate and graduate degrees before pursuing her successful 20+ year career as a strategic merchandising executive for companies like Walmart where she was responsible for +$50 billion in merchandise sales in the western US, Home Interiors and Gifts where she partnered with Better Homes and Gardens to develop and sell their product line worth +$35 million in additional annual revenue and JC Penney where she began her journey. Shari had the privilege of living in multiple cities during her career which allowed her to personally buy and sell her own homes, understanding the importance and value of home hunting, buying and even relocating to new cities. In 2020, Shari returned to Texas to make Fort Worth her home and made a career change, pursuing her dream of selling real estate full time.

When Shari is not working, she is enjoying her 15-year hobby of home staging and is a CHMS. She also enjoys travel, working on her mountain property in Santa Fe, NM, running destination half marathons, Pilates and keeping up with her 5 nieces and nephews’ activities.
