We contracted with Sharie and Brittany Oakland to help us with the purchase and sale of properties we owned when we lived in Florida. They were professional, friendly, and offered their expert advice whether they represented us to purchase or the sale of a home. They worked extrremely hard finding qualified buyerson the sale side, and fiinding homes that checked our boxes on what we were looking for on the buying side. They made themselves available and kept us in the loop during the entire process answering any questions we had. Their years of experience and cultivated contacts made the home buying/selling processes smooth and quick. I feel they helped us get the best deals possible and made the experience of changing homes much less stressful. It was also much more pleasant because both Brittany and Sharie are so understanding and friendly. We didn't have the pleasure of working with Brad, but judging from our experience with Sharie and Brittany, I'm sure he is as talented, nice, and on-the-ball as they are.
