1. What fears did you have about buying or selling (renting in your case) your home today? My initial fears with renting my home was the ability to meet a renter's expectations, as well as fulfill my needs for rent to cover any necessary expenses. Along with these concerns, my fears of reaching a substantial market/demographic and garnering impressions around the community was tenfold prior to working with Sharon.

2. What process did you use to select me to represent you? I was referred to Sharon by a family member whom was a previous client of hers.

3. What did I do differently from other agents you’ve worked with? Sharon was extremely attentive and made the process seamless and effortless on my behalf. Along with her guidance, she relieved me of all my fears going through the rental process.

4. How did I handle the process for you? Sharon handled the process without little effort at all on my behalf. She guided me through the processes I had to handle and explained all necessary legalities and documentation prior to finalizing the sale.

5. What would you say in recommending me to a friend? As the promise to renting a home can be strenuous and cumbersome, you must find someone who is thorough, trustworthy, and attentive to your needs. Sharon left no stone unturned and ensured that she was working in my best interest. Would highly recommend Sharon to any/all individuals looking to rent/sell their homes.

Excellent real state agent! Sharon was more than helpful in finding us a new apartment. She was through and professional at all times. She is super efficient and fast.
