Sharon has lived in Spring Hill, FL since 1993 and has experienced the growth from just a small town into a busy city with many opportunities for Seniors and families alike.

Sharon obtained her real estate license after many years of following the local real estate market. Her husband, Tom, has renovated several houses here and I enjoy the real estate business. Sharon and her husband love the Nature Coast of Florida and its many opportunities to enjoy the excellent weather and entertainment opportunities. Any realtor can list your property on the MLS, but not many realtors have the experience to get your property to the closing table. There are many problems that can arise with inspections, appraisals, lenders, etc. This is when an experienced realtor can truly make a difference. Sharon sold my mother's house for our family in less than 24 hours. Yes, there were problems along the way, but Sharon didn't disappear; she worked through each problem and got the contract to the closing table. Don't take my recommendation lightly, you want someone who knows the ins/outs of real estate these days. Highly Recommend!
