Sharon D'Arelli

Sharon D’Arelli is a California native and has lived in Sacramento for over 25 years. She has been a real estate agent since 2005 and has a vast network of buyers and sellers. Sharon is a Platinum award winner for annual production and a Top Ten award winner in the region—she consistently ranks in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the region.

Sharon specializes in the neighborhoods she has lived in with her family, including Sierra Oaks and Sierra Oaks Vista, and the neighborhoods of Arden Park, Arden Oaks, Wilhaggin, Del Dayo and Mariemont. She is a Master’s Club Life Member, which is for top REALTORS® who have earned a level of excellence in real estate sales. Sharon has earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) and Certified Green Real Estate Professional (CGREP) designation.

Throughout her real estate career, Sharon has represented sellers and buyers almost evenly; in about half of her transactions she has represented sellers, and in the other half she has represented buyers. She is successful on each side of the transaction, and the data demonstrates it. She finds pleasure, challenge, and great satisfaction representing sellers AND buyers, but both sides of the transaction are indeed different. Her experience representing buyers has developed her into a much better agent when it comes to representing sellers—she really knows what buyers on the other side of the transaction look for in a home, and this enables her to get sellers top dollar for their home.

Sharon takes part in charity work in Sacramento that benefits children, and is a mentor to children through Wonder, Inc., which matches children in foster care with caring adults who are committed to encouraging, engaging and enriching their young lives. She also helps raise money for the Sacramento Children’s Home and other Sacramento charities that help children.
