Sharon was such a godsend helping us to sell our house. She was always quick to respond, gave great advice in selling the house while it was on the market, and was proactive in reaching out about upcoming deadlines after we accepted an offer. It was greatly appreciated since this was our first time selling and we did not know exactly what to expect or how the process would be. She made it seamless and always was had a contact ready if we needed someone to help us with the house. I highly recommend her!

Sharon is the absolute best! We find her when we were in crisis because we hadn’t find a house and had very narrow time frame to do it, while we were still living in another city. She help us finding the perfect house, but also assured us through the entire process. Working with her was easy, she made sure the communication was open and honest every step of the way. Sharon Diller exceeded any and all expectations throughout my entire home search process, for months on end. As variables changed, she remained steadfast and resigned to helping my family find exactly what we needed in our new home. During gaps in searching due to actions needed on my part, I received texts and emails touching base and maintaining our communications. As a first time solo homebuyer going through a major life change, I had so many questions (none left unanswered) and hesitations (not a one unsolved). Sharon went out of her way to even ease any doubts and answer any questions of my teenage daughter. She listened not only to me but also took my kids’ interests to heart and made sure that everyone was/is happy. This was an amazing experience, and while I hope that we are now settled, if the need every arises again, I absolutely have her on speed dial and will recommend her to anyone seeking assistance.

My husband and I searched for our first home for over a year with Sharon. The pandemic made the search difficult but Sharon helped us through all of the typical new homebuyer obstacles as well as everything that we've had to deal with in this new normal. She showed us so many properties, was always responsive, clear, kind and incredibly knowledgable. No question went unanswered. We always felt as if Sharon had our best interest in mind. If it were possible, we would give Sharon six stars out of five!
Without a doubt, Sharon was the best agent we have had the pleasure of working with. It’s difficult for Sue and I to choose what aspects we liked the most about Sharon. We have narrowed them down to her incredible responsiveness. and her professionalism. It didn’t seem to matter what time we would text, call or email with our mundane questions,eg “What is the brand name of the microwave?” Sharon would respond almost instantly. Extra visits? No problem! Sharon was there to guide us from our first appointment, through all the paperwork, even now, after closing. Being no strangers to real estate transactions, Sue and were especially nervous about the stress that seems to be part of the process. We certainly need not have worried. With Sharon’s help and guidance the whole transaction process was a breeze. Without a doubt, we would recommend Sharon to anyone!

I had a great experience with Sharon. She was personable and professional. She knew the area where I was looking to move and was invaluable regarding the general area as well as the specifics of the places I was looking at. Sharon knew we needed to move quickly to secure the place I was looking at while I would have been much slower to “pull the trigger.” She was with me through the entire process from placing the bid, to moving once the bid was accepted, from the house inspection to the final walkthrough. I can absolutely say I could not have purchased this wonderful new house without her!

I am a first time home buyer and Sharon Diller was awesome throughout the process. She quickly responded to all my questions and she also linked me with a financial company so that I could get the best rates. In the midst of the pandemic Sharon went and visited the home because showings were not allowed and she sent me text pictures so that I could get a better visual of what I was getting. She was there with me through text, email and phone calls and I closed on the home recently and my family and I are very happy in our new home.

There is SO much we can say about Sharon! This is our second time working with her and this time around we were able to purchase 1st home. She personalized our experience, ensured that each showing we went to included the things we desired for our family home. She was even EXTREMELY helpful throughout the process and communication with our lender. Without her on board, I doubt we would have gotten this house. She was an advocate for us up until the very end. We were able to close ON New Years Eve! after closing was pushed back several times. Working with a realtor that actually cares makes a difference. I'd recommend her over and over again!
