About Sharon

Sharon is often asked when is the right time to buy or sell? Her answer, “when it’s the right time for you.” Whether buying their first home or changing residence, Sharon’s mission is to work within each client's comfort zone and break down the often-daunting real estate process.

She eases each client through the transaction, and at their pace. Dedicated to keeping customers and clients informed every step of the way, Sharon believes that knowledge is power when it comes to making the right decisions. Patient, responsive, and tenacious, Sharon understands that buying or selling a home is an enormous emotional and financial undertaking and people deserve the most attentive service possible. Licensed as a real estate salesperson and associate broker since 1994, Sharon spent the majority of her real estate career with the Corcoran Group. She gained her experience buying, renovating, and selling her properties as well both in Upstate New York and in the Hamptons.

Her extensive industry knowledge and impressive financial background give her clientele a significant edge when representing their best interests. Sharon is a Rhode Island native and has called Manhattan home since 1977. She studied business at George Washington University and later entered the commodity division of JP Morgan in New York City. She then transferred to London, where she worked for the BBC's business news division before returning to Manhattan. Sharon was a founding partner in an emerging market fixed-income fund before entering real estate.

Continually rewarded and challenged by her work, Sharon goes the extra mile for customers, from researching the right properties to being a resource for service providers like mortgage brokers, attorneys, and contractors, to name a few. Her relationship with each client does not end as soon as the transaction is complete, either. As a result, Sharon enjoys a steady stream of referrals and repeat business. Sharon is a former board member of NYFA (New York Foundation for the Arts) and St Joseph’s School for the Blind. Sharon is a member of the Noyac Golf Club and dedicated supporter of the arts.
