In this wild world of home buying and real estate agents, we cannot say thank you enough to Sharon and all she did for us during our home purchase. She is a gem. My mother was in real estate nearly all of my life and set a gold standard for taking care of clients.
Sharon blows the lid off of any customer service experience you may have had.

😊sharon was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her communication before we listed the house, her strategy, and the rationale behind were very well explained, even to a novice. She is one of the nicest people you could hope to work with. She CARES like people used to.
The way she staged the house, and a lot of the little things helped me sell this house in 1 day, and for $17k over asking price, and I'd attibute a lot of that to the way we planned it (Don't want to do it Easter weekend, how many others in the vicinity), and even called the agents and the homeowners that had sold recently. She became an expert in short order. I would absolutely recommend Sharon above all others, and she was a pleasure to work with!! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Sharon is GREAT! She helped me find a house quickly and in the area I wanted to live. She explained everything very well and communicated with me daily. We looked at houses when it was convenient for me and she was always available when I needed her. Sharon is the best realtor anywhere around in my eyes and would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house!

Sharon is absolutely the best agent. This was our second time using her and I cannot say enough wonderful things. She is extremely knowledgeable, detailed and on top of every part of the process. The ball was never dropped which was such a relief considering there are so many moving parts during these types of transactions. I never felt pressured or like she was doing things out of her own interest, it truly was all about finding the best fit for us. Buying and/or selling comes with so many layers of stress but with an agent like her, it makes the process (dare I say) enjoyable. If you want an agent who is selfless and in the game for her client, she's 100% the one!

Ms. Lage is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. She also has an extensive network of contacts in finance and city government. My experience will illustrate these attributes: she recently sold a residential property for me in Denver. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. The entire transaction was accomplished from her laptop to my laptop. She also was helpful to the buyer in suggesting how he could secure a loan. I am still incredulous that the entire process could take place quickly without a hitch. Hats off and bouquets to Ms. Lage!
