I highly recommend working with Sharon. I am a first-time home buyer and Sharon has made every aspect of home buying a seamless and enjoyable process from start to end. Every showing was valuable and Sharon used her vision and knowledge of contracting/renovations to give me an idea of what changes were possible. Once we found a house that I loved, Sharon promptly negotiated and got the best possible price that ended up under my budget. We can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Sharon Thomas-Donahue. Sharon was our realtor through our first home purchase 4 years ago. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are evident and much appreciated. We never felt as though she was just there to sell us a home, but rather guide us through one of the biggest moments in our life.

What a perfect real estate experience we had with Sharon Donahue!
We met Sharon on an open house some time ago when we had just started looking at homes. We instantly liked her, as she was so friendly, down to earth and not pushy. Quite some time later we circled back to Sharon, as we had finally drawn up our wish list in terms of location, home layout, backyard views, etc.
Not only did she remember us, but she met up with us instantly. She listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect home that checked all our boxes in Rancho Santa Fe.
Sharon was amazing on the negotiations and ran the entire process seamlessly for us all the way to the close and beyond. There was never a time when we contacted Sharon with a question that wasn't answered inside of minutes. Her availability to us was off the charts in terms of expectations.
We were moving from Chicago and the list of referrals Sharon has given us has been nothing short of fabulous. We are writing to express our appreciation and admiration of Sharon Donahue, our Realtor for the sale of our home in Del Mar, California. We give her our highest recommendation to anyone selling or buying a home.
Sharon is bright, perceptive, creative, patient, and tireless. She gave 110% to our home sale from start to finish, beginning with planning and moving through remodeling, staging, promotion, and sale. At each stage, she offered her own perspective and ideas, but she also listened to ours. Her blend of expertise and empathy made the entire process – which we entered with some trepidation – much better than we had anticipated. Her keen but gentle sense of humor helped us keep our perspective and equanimity.
Like most sellers (we imagine), we began with preconceptions about how our house should be prepared for sale and how we should price it. Sharon gently showed us the difference between what we might do for ourselves and what to do for the market. At the same time, she helped us convey enough of our own tastes to let our love for the house shine through. When it came to pricing, Sharon helped us overcome wishful thinking to reach a realistic asking price that attracted many offers, most of which were above that price. My husband and I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone looking to purchase a home. She is an extremely honest and hard working individual, taking calls late at night and on weekends, and always making sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and regardless of what we needed help with, Sharon continued to go above and beyond our expectations. She has an extensive network, and when she personally couldn't help us, she found someone who could.
