Sharyn Breslin’s experience in the real estate industry began right out of college. Sharyn, as a native of Colorado, was fortunate to work at her mother’s real estate firm where she says she learned from “the best in the business”. She has successfully maneuvered the ever-changing Colorado real estate market for over 20 years. She is profoundly fond and proud of her industry.

Sharyn is known amongst her clientele for “making clients for life.” Her entire real estate business has been based on referrals from her extensive list of satisfied clients for over 21 years. Sharyn believes that people come first – this has been a testimony in itself with the outstanding results she has produced year over year, and the reason Sharyn has so many repeat clients.

Professionalism, experience, and strong negotiation skills in every market condition have allowed Sharyn’s clientele to be financially successful with all their real estate needs. Sharyn wants to make sure that you feel educated and at ease during all segments of the real estate transaction process. She makes it her mission to guide her Buyer and Sellers through the transaction with as little stress on them as possible. She recognizes that buying and selling can be a process that is not always “bump” free. She prides herself on being an excellent and effective communicator and maintains very good relationships with other Real Estate Brokers in her community. This is especially important in our current market conditions!

Sharyn adds a personal touch to real estate from staging her listings, assisting in market preparation and all the way through the inspection process to closing.

Sharyn’s latest endeavor has been to form her own Team. Her team consists of her partner, Dave Stein, who has been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years and her sister, Shawn, who is VERY excited about learning, growing and being a part of the team.
