Shaukat Sindhu

Shaukat Nazir Sindhu moved to the US from Pakistan five years ago. Shaukat N. Sindhu earned his Bachelor Pre-med degree in Biology. He comes from a background of 35 years of sales and marketing experience in the electrical and pharma industry, ten years of industrial construction experience in Pakistan and five years - in flipping and SFH construction business in the US. He brings his focus on quality and customer satisfaction to bear when working with his real estate clients. Besides, he has deep practical knowledge in construction industrial and residential buildings from scratch, which gives him a unique insight into how to technically update and protect clients, find the best deal and market properties.

Shaukat Sindhu entered the Real Estate world to share his good experience with the community, meet new people and help them accomplish homeownership, and he hasn’t looked back. It is the pleasure on his customers’ faces when they see the newly constructed house that makes this occupation rewarding for Shaukat.

Shaukat currently lives in Dale city, where he moved from Richmond. He and his sons often spend their free time volunteering at a community center - cooking for the community during conventions, packing and distributing food for underprivileged families.
