I had never sold a house before, was nervous, and had no idea how to proceed. I am so grateful that I had Shaun to guide me through the process. He was amazingly patient with me as he explained everything, and kindly guided me through every step of the way. He showed me comparable houses, which gave me confidence in The asking price that he recommended, while continuously assessing and reassessing the market. He thoroughly researched everything, was generous beyond belief with his time and attention, and answered every question I had from beginning to end.
On the first day that we showed my house, I received two offers, and 30 days later, my house was sold! Shaun performed miracles while skillfully negotiating reasonable, as well as unreasonable, requests from potential buyers. I highly recommend Shaun Gaither! He takes his job very seriously, knows what he is doing, and made it clear that he had my best interest at heart! Thank you, Shaun! You’re the best!

Words can not express how grateful I am to Shaun. His knowledge of the market, tireless research, and dedication to his craft ensured that our home sold well above ask. Shaun was very communicative, thorough, and well versed in how/when we should list our home. Our home was listed labor day weekend and we had offers before the end of the first day due to the details placed in the listing to include A MILLION Pictures!! Lmao!! Fast forward...things fell through with initial offer and house goes back on market. Again within the first day we have multiple offers. Shaun negotiated our rent back, along with other minor details of the sale. Long story short our home has now sold and I am pleased to say Shaun will always be my realtor of choice.
