Alison’s first love is kids. As a “Hockey Mom”, with over 25 years of ice arena experience, she knows the power of schedules and deadlines! Her 9, and the many “grafted into” the Gaudet de Lestard family, Alison adores our precious “grand-babies” and always has time for young people, even though she yet doesn’t look or act like your typical Grannie!

When it comes to serving YOUR real estate needs, Alison holds an Associate of Applied Science as a Paralegal Assistant—with National Scholastic Honors from the State University of New York, Broome Community College. Upon completion of her degree, she worked for five-years in Residential Real Estate first as a paralegal in Binghamton, New York and then as a conveyancing legal assistant in a large, international law firm in Vancouver, Canada.

Shawn’s first love is also kids—and ice time! Being a hockey Dad and USA level 4 coach, his 35 years of business methodology aligns with Walt Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence, training that helps nurture his business acumen for what matters most—attention to details—serving you.

Equipped with a Journalism bachelor’s, Shawn invested over 30 years in communications, including a decade in pharmaceutical sales serving very discerning clients. Under extremely knowledgeable Harvard lawyers, he honed negotiation skills to build consensus and get to “win-win” deals. Relationships with landowners during a one billion-dollar pipeline-build cultivated and refined a talent and zeal for bringing people together through complicated issues for amazing outcomes resulting in the client’s President’s Award.
