I started out thinking about getting a home with very little to no knowledge of what I was about to do. I reached out to Shawnitra Hawkins and it was a blessing in disguise. She walked me through the process thoroughly and patiently explained everything evey step of the way. I gained her trust which made the process so much easier for me. Shawn was very patient with me as I went to look at 8 different properties. It was very stressful going from house to house. She assured me that it will work out at the right time which calmed my anxiety a whole lot. Shawn made the process so easy for me up to the last minute of closing. Mrs. Hawkins did an awesome job. She took her time, reviewed and went over with me the all of ins and outs to purchasing my home. The first home we looked at...I said, "This was the one". It was perfect. Everything I told her I wanted. Had just enough space and was within my range of affordability. She presented to me what she thought would make my offer attactive and we both agreed. She presented the offer and the next morning while shopping with my daughter for her wedding dress I recieved the news that my offer was accepted. Overwhelmed with joy. The financail team with Mrs. Hawkins worked together beyond my expectations. I would recommend her services to anyone who is in the market of looking for a home.
