I can't recommend Shawn highly enough when selling your home. We met to discuss the repairs needed before hitting the market, he then arranged everything for me so I didn't have to lift a finger. He kept me informed of the offer/negotiating process so that I knew I was choosing the best offer for me.
Even after the deal was done he was there if I needed anything including finding someone to haul my junk away. You seriously won't regret working with him!

Shawn is an amazing real estate agent who is extremely knowledgeable about the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area. We had an extremely limited time to find a home and Shawn was able to deliver for us. He was available for a call, text, facetime, and email anytime we needed him. We trusted him with every aspect of home buying process and were able to buy a house without seeing it in person. I personally recommend Shawn to anyone looking to buy a house in the Raleigh / Durham / Chapel hill area.

I really enjoyed working with Shawn in buying my home. He was resourceful and very patient. He was actively involved in the whole process, addressing every question and concern as they came up. He's really thorough, attentive to details and made sure the home's build quality was great. He was present in all the walkthroughs and suggested improvements that to be made before closing. Shawn helped us find a home that met some very specific criteria we had in a very tight local real estate market. He was proactive and let us know about homes that were primed to go on the market soon. Shawn was very active in communicating with us constantly, and setting up very quick appointments to view houses that would only be accepting offers for a few days. Even though our first few offers did not succeed in a very competitive market, he continued to help us look for homes that met our criteria. One example of his professionalism is when he got into a very low crawl space at one house and took pictures with his phone to show us that some support columns needed reinforcement. Not all real estate agents would do that. We would recommend Shawn to our friends and family.

If you are looking for a Realtor in the Triangle region, we HIGHLY recommend Shawn. His attention to detail, ability to look at a property and see the underlying issues, and his willingness to help with the hard things like finding repair folks in a hot market was amazing and way beyond the traditional Realtor services. He made even a cross-country move simple by handing so much that would have been tough for us to accomplish from afar. I've been through a lot of real estate transactions both personally and professionally. None of them have been as smooth as this experience and I credit Shawn with that 100%.
