Shawn was very detailed and communicative throughout the process of selling my mother’s home with my siblings. She stayed on top of everything for us and even reconciled an old unpaid permit from a fence installed 7 years early. Very hands on and so good at walking us through the process. She is to the point and knows her stuff! This was a stressful period for me and Shawn made this process as stress free as possible. Looking forward to buying our next home with her- highly recommend.
