About Shawn

Shawn Roper came to Peace Sotheby's International Realty after 20 years in the Resort and Private sectors of the Golf Industry. He spent the last 13 years at the DeBordieu Club and was the Head Golf Professional for the last 10 years. He holds degrees in Golf Course Management, Business Administration and Marketing. He is active in All Saints Church and formerly served as the Chairman of the Board of Director for the Montessori School of Pawleys Island.

Shawn and His wife Leigh reside in Pawleys Island with their two children Brandon and Ragan. They enjoy the beach, the golf, the creeks, and the hundreds of other activities of the low country. Because of his background, Shawn has and is eager to share his love and knowledge of the community, the area golf and beaches, and the lifestyle of DeBordieu, Georgetown, Pawleys Island, Litchfield and Murrells Inlet.
