My name is Shawn Sorensen and I have been working in the real estate industry since 1997. Since licensed I was always a top producer and take much pride in my business and that of the agents that work with me. I believe in continual education as the real estate market is changing everyday. We need to stay educated and informed to properly service our clients. As a real estate professional it is my job to provide exemplary service to my clients, team members and associates. We strive to get our sellers top dollar for their homes and negotiate the best deal for our buyers. That is why our clients repeatedly come back to us for all of their real estate needs.
My career with Exit Realty started in 2004. I fell in love with the company and its unique philosophy immediately! I knew I'd one day like to own my own Exit Realty franchise. I made my dream a reality in 2007 when I became co-owner of an EXIT franchise in Murrieta, CA. We grew our office fast and quickly became one of Southern Californias top offices. Many of the agents I hired then are still working with me today!
In October 2012 I opened Exit Alliance Realty. Serving the Riverside, San Diego, San Bernadino, Orange and Los Angeles Counties. This solo venture is one I am extremely proud of! With the support of my team of superior agents we continue our quest for excellence and success together! We truly are an alliance!
In January, 2016 I opened a second Exit Alliance Realty in Old Town Murrieta. This boutique office is a great place for all of our agents to meet with their clients! It is located in the heart of Murrieta. Close to everything. We have made many new friends and clients here. We'd love for you to stop by for a cup of coffee and donut, made fresh next door!
In April 2016 I purchased a commercial building in Temecula, CA. This is a gorgeous 2 story building located just minutes from historic Old Town Temecula, the 15 freeway and the incredible Temecula Wine Country. We share the building with one of our favorite escrow companies, Palm Tree Escrow owned and operated by Monica Carnathan. We are also lucky enough to have one of the areas leading lenders under our roof. Kristin Stolte of Prime Lending is just steps away. She is an incredible resource for our clients and agents.
The goals of Exit Alliance Realty are many! First and foremost I feel that it is our duty to share with the real estate community the opportunities that Exit Realty provides to real estate agents. There is no company like Exit Realty! We have retirement and death benefits that have changed the lives of our agents and their families. Locally we are very involved in our community of Temecula Valley! My believe that it is our duty to give back to the community that has given back so much to us. Our agents can apply to receive a dollar for dollar matching grant from EXIT Realty International to donate to a registered non-profit of their choice!
