Shawn Young

Real estate and major investment decision-making are Shawn's daily life when she is not with her family or on the tennis court. With over 30 years as a California licensed CPA (active), and experience in management roles with hedge funds and investment companies, Shawn is the epitome of a highly skilled professional. Additionally, Shawn works with single-family offices; she is a strong advocate for, and trusted advisor to her clients - including support and expertise with real estate investment decisions.

A Business/Economics graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Shawn has served our communities voluntarily as well as professionally as CFO for The Seven Hills School and multiple corporate boards. She currently serves as trustee for Dunham Trust Company in Nevada and as the CFO for RH Helping Hands, a non-profit. Additionally, Shawn serves on the Board at Round Hill Country Club in Alamo.

Shawn and her family have lived in Alamo, Danville, and Walnut Creek for almost thirty years. When not attending to her professional responsibilities, Shawn will be found at Round Hill Country Club where she is well known for her leadership in the tennis community and club committees, her passion for golf and her sincere smile.
