Shay was always warmly supportive, calm, and steady, which helped us tremendously during stressful times. Anyone can be a good realtor when everything goes smoothly, but Shay proved she is a real asset when things get challenging! Shay was a God send when it came to buying my house. She listened to my desires and served as a proxy for me with the builder when I wasn’t able to make it to meetings. My experience buying a new home in Memphis with Shay was excellent. She had taken the time to introduce me to the area when I first moved here a year ago and was the person I turned to when I was ready to buy.
She put together several personalized searches based on my changing preferences and was always available to answer my questions and walk mw through the whole process. As a first time home buyer I felt I was in excellent hands and really trusted her.

I count myself lucky to have gotten to work with Shay. From the first phone call, she was ready to help with any questions that we had. My wife and I were looking for a home in a VERY small radius, and Shay did a great job finding quality homes in this tiny spot. She provided well-considered advice, and didn't hesitate to help us when we asked for it. Really, what she did was make buying a home super-easy.
