Sheila Prince

Sheila Prince grew up in the Middle Tennessee area and loves to share her knowledge of real estate with buyers and sellers. She has been selling real estate for 16 years and has experience in working with buyers, sellers, re-locations, and new construction home selling. Sheila's goal is to provide the best service possible and get you on your path to reaching your personal goals. Sheila attended McGavock High school in Nashville and graduated from Belmont University with a major in business and marketing. She has continued her real estate education by obtaining her Broker's license, Accredited Buyer's Representation and GRI designations. Sheila can make your real estate transaction go smoothly. She can help find the right financing or advise you on area pricing for buying or selling. Sheila can also handle those sticky situations that sometimes arise when negotiating a deal. She always wants to earn your repeat business and the majority of her current transactions are from past clients and referrals. Sheila lives in Smyrna with her husband, who is a local contractor that builds homes and does remodeling. She also has two children, a son age 14, and a daughter that is currently attending college and majoring in nursing.
