Sheila Saunders

Born in Californian, Sheila Saunders has lived in Carlsbad for fifty years. Her three children and she have attended Carlsbad schools and graduated from California Universities. She has experienced many changes over the years and enjoy sharing the local community with people new to the area, as well as the locals that have remained here over the years. Sheila have always been enthusiastic about home design and real estate. She has had the unique experience of building two homes here in Carlsbad as well as selling those homes and, more recently, purchasing her own home. She is excited about the opportunity to help others navigate through this process of selling their home and finding the perfect new home to enjoy.
