About Sheila

We officially started in the real estate services business in 2013 as a team; however, our family has been in the real estate business since 1996.

Sheila relocated to Stanly County in 1998 with her husband Steve to raise their son, Michael and to enjoy the small town community life. Sheila quickly became part of the community by volunteering with the local Cub Scouts and the Stanly County Swim Club.
As a nearly lifelong resident of Stanly County, Michael graduated from Stanly Early College & Stanly Community College in 2012. He has been actively involved with community outreach, including Stanly County Relay for Life, Stanly County Swim Club, Stanly County Rotary Club and others. Our favorite things to do in the area is hiking Morrow Mountain with our fur babies and being on the lake with family. We enjoy helping people with their transition whether it is going from Tenant to Homeowner, Relocation, Upgrading to a larger home or needing to Downsize. Nothing more satisfying than meeting you as a client and finishing the transaction as a friend!
