Sheila Timmons

Sheila was born and raised in beautiful San Diego, CA. After graduating from California State University, San Marcos she settled with a career in management in the construction industry for 10+ years before making the move to Northern California. Folsom has been her home since 2014 and they couldn't be happier. With Folsom's great schools, biking/hiking trails, lake access and family feel, she knew this would be a great place to raise her family.

Real estate has always been a passion of Sheila’s. She has personally bought and sold several homes and understands the need for a Realtor you can trust. Her experience in the construction industry gives her valuable insight through the entire home buying and selling process. She values building relationships on trust, honesty and respect. When she’s not working you can usually find Sheila paddle boarding on the lake, running on the trails, horseback riding, volunteering with her kids at Animal Outreach or hanging out with family and friends on Sutter Street or the Palladio summer concerts; and if you have kids who are swimmers you'll find her at both USA swim meets in the Fall and the local rec swim meets during the summer.
