Shelby guided us through the complex process of buying our home with care and attention. She understood our needs and preferences from pretty much Day 1, and arranged out-of-hours home tours with speed and seeming ease. She helped us weigh the pros-and-cons of various properties in a thoughtful way. Her networks and skills in arranging inspections and managing contractors have been simply invaluable! As we took on some repairs to the property, we appreciated Shelby’s experience with negotiating the purchase price (considerations, costs and credits). In all of this, our conversations were clear and fun. Shelby is an available, responsive communicator she was always there for us via text, phone and email throughout the days of searching, revisiting several properties, and escrow. Hands down and hi-5! —Shelby is a real estate star! With her sterling, stellar support we found our new condo - our little piece of LA - and we want to acknowledge her above-and-beyond service that helped us get there in a challenging buyers market.

My wife and I were unfamiliar with the process of buying a home. We know what we wanted, but we were unsure how to achieve our goal. We happened upon Shelby. When we first met Shelby, my wife and I were taken back by her calm, professional demeanor and attitude to serving our interests. During the home buying process, Shelby was meticulous and patient in ensuring that all tasks were performed and/or needed to be completed. Communication was never lacking and organizing meeting dates and times were carried out by Shelby and her team, professionally and with care to ensure that my wife’s and my schedules did not conflict. Shelby, essentially took our hands, and walked us through this intricate ands delicate process of buying a home.
