Shelby Wu

The daughter of an accomplished general contractor, Shelby Wu was exposed to the language of real estate, architecture, and design from an early age. Now with more than 17 years of experience in real estate, she draws not only from a lifelong working knowledge of new construction and renovation, but also from a variety of other areas of real estate—including property management, supervision of new development entitlements and financial planning—to better advise and guide her clients. She also holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning from USC and has a thorough understanding of urban planning and community development, a background that underscores her knack for staying on top of market trends. Known for her integrity, sincerity, commitment to personal service and ability to always find the answers to any real estate-related questions, her wealth of experience allows her to provide her clients with the big-picture knowledge necessary to make major decisions about buying, selling, or investing.

A Californian for two decades—living in both the L.A. area and in Irvine, where she has resided for 14+ years—Shelby boasts a broad network of area contacts and repeat clients. She is an excellent resource for new construction and renovation projects, commercial and investment properties, asset protection, engineering, legal, accounting, even educational advice. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese, Shelby also collaborates frequently with international buyers from various Asian countries. Away from the office, Shelby spends most of her time with her three daughters; she and her family are often outdoors playing sports, camping, or exploring SoCal.
