Sheldon Shobe

Sheldon is a licensed realtor, real estate investor, and opportunity zone specialist. He has years of experience in the real estate industry including owning and operating a small multi-family portfolio. His approach to buying and selling real estate is one that views every transaction from a value-add standpoint.

He is well versed in property acquisition/disposition, market and financial analysis, property valuation, and renovations. Sheldon is able to apply his communication and negotiation skills to help clients successfully acquire investment properties.

Outside of real estate, Sheldon enjoys serving local and international communities through his involvement with Rock City Church, One Plus God Ministries and Kingdom Investment International.
