Shelina Nelson is a godsend. She worked with us tirelessly, as buyers in an overheated sellers' market, to maximize our chances of getting a home we'd love to live in, at a price we could afford. Success!! Shelina's efforts on our behalf began 20 months before our purchase, as my wife and I began learning about the market in Vancouver, WA. Shelina stayed in constant touch, answering our many questions and guiding us through questions and issues we hadn't even thought to consider, in every aspect of the process. From initial surveys of neighborhoods through financing options, a three-week marathon of home tours, negotiations with the seller (some of them on very short notice to Shelina), inspections, closing and time-intensive errands in readying the property for our trans-continental move, Shelina was our guardian angel. You could not ask for a more knowledgeable, accessible or inexhaustible ally in real estate, than Shelina Nelson.

We were fortunate to be referred to Shelina by a mutual friend. We could not have chosen a better partner in the search for our retirement home. We were new to the area except for short visits with family. We came to trust her knowledge of the properties in the cities where we wanted to buy. More important to me was her willingness to educate me from a distance because we were living out of the country at the time.
