We recently relocated from the SF Bay Area to the PNW. We met Shelle by chance when she met us at a house we were interested in viewing last July. Over the course of the next 5 months, she sent us weekly options based on our criteria. Since we were searching from afar in the midst of a pandemic, we couldn't look at everything live and in person. However, I had complete confidence that Shelle understood our priorities for our new home and had our best interests in mind. She actually saved us from a passion purchase that would have been a huge mistake by pointing out the problems with the home and the property. That alone was worth her weight in gold. Happily, we found the perfect house -- and even committed to buying it based on a FaceTime tour with Shelle and our son and DIL. That's how much we trusted her abilities. I can't say enough great things about her professionalism, expertise and commitment to the job. She's the BEST!

I have worked with Shelle numerous times. I really like how she pays attention to all the details and how organized she is. It's extremely easy to communicate with her on many levels. She takes time to listen and focus during a conversation and is genuine with her responses. It's also refreshing to work with someone that doesn't approach her work as just another paycheck, but rather an honest desire to help her clients. I was so lucky to have Shelle help me sell my condo. I retired and wanted to sell my home, and had moved to Arizona. Selling a home can be extremely stressful , and even more so if you are in another state.

Shelle offered helpful advise in preparing the property, then helped me get it ready. She kept me informed during the process of selling it.

Shelle is very knowledgeable about the whole process, and helping navigate me through the processs.
If I was going to do this again, I would definitely ask Shelle to be my realtor.

Of all the things I appreciated about Shelle, I'd like to highlight three - her patience, communication, and attention to detail.

My husband and I have just closed our first home (purchase, Aug 2020) in Shoreline. We have initially reached out to several agents, and of the agents we've talked to, Shelle was the one for us.

Her patience - Going on home visits during the pandemic is a time consuming process. This being our first purchase, we didn't know what we wanted, and we wanted to see all our options. Shelle has been extremely patient with us - she also proactively learned our likes and dislikes as she toured with us, and also brought a lot of personal and professional insights when we were looking at the houses (what to look out for, what may need fixing in the future, good/bad feature of the home, etc). She never made us feel rushed or pushed to make decisions quickly - she always patiently listened, shared insight when we asked, and gave us room when we needed.

Her communication - she's really on top of it. She made herself available at all times, not just for house visits, but for our one-off questions (there were many) and throughout the closing process. Night and day, she was there for us when we needed her, and on rare chance she couldn't pick up her phone, she'd text us and let us know that she'll get back to us. She set expectations in advance if she had existing appointments. She's extremely reliable, present, and available for us.

Her attention to detail - through out this process, she anticipated the next step in advance and walked us through so there were absolutely no surprises. When preparing offers, she gave us pros and cons of different options and her thoughts on what will make a strong offer but ultimately leaving the decision on us. For all documents - she walked us through page by page, explained the real estate/legal jargon and helped us understand & feel comfortable - which was KEY for me (I'm the type to read user manuals cover to cover).

Shelle is absolutely wonderful and I would strongly recommend her to my friends and acquaintances for their home purchase!

When we met Shelle, we immediately felt that she was the right person to help us. We never felt the pressure from her to get into business. What she cared for was our well-being by helping us to find the right home. And she did it! She found our future home for us.

I met Shelle serendipitously on a flight back from Hawaii in 2016 when I hadn't even considered buying a home yet, enjoyed a conversation with her about travel etc, and got some insight into the process of buying a home. I kept her business card in case the day came we wanted to buy.
It did in late Oct 2018. Shelle was always fast to respond, any time of day, and quick to meet when we wanted to view a place. She saved us from a couple homes that would have been more trouble than they were worth, and made sure we had every advantage to securing the home we wanted when we finally found The One.
We have kept in touch, and I cannot imagine the experience having been more fluid. My incessant chant of "what's this fee" was always met with patience and advice.
When we eventually sell, it will be through Shelle, and we'll got to her for any new places as well!
