If you live anywhere near the Fort Wayne Indiana area, and you need to either buy or sell a home... whether a first time buyer or a seasoned real estate pro...Shelley Binney at Keller Williams Real Estate will do the job quickly and professionally. Shelley fought for us as her clients, both when she helped us buy our new home in Wabash and when she sold our home in Spencerville...she didn't just push us to get the sale finished. Shelley is honest, easy deal with, and has great communication skills. If she didn't know the answer to a question, instead of giving a half-answer, she went and accurately found out exactly what we needed to know. She definitely earned her commission! Our home to sell was a bit of a niche property, and wasn't going to be the easiest to sell, but Shelley made sure that the property was seen in the best light possible, and marketed in just the right places. Highly suggest, positive experience all around!
