Mrs. Cunningham was one of the agents that assisted with my home buying process. I felt overwhelmed and lost until she stepped in an assured that everything would move smoothly. My anxiety was through the roof, because I really wanted the house that I placed a bid on. This was my first home and interaction with a Brokerage, Mrs. Cunningham broke down the steps and the process and 17 days later, I closed on that exact same home. It’s her patience and very inviting personality that sold me. Can’t wait to work with her again in the near future!

My friend Karen Well introduced me to Shelley at a cookout and it was absolutely the best thing for me. Shelley and her staff helped me get my finances in order to rent a home but eventually to help me purchase a home. Even though she was helping multiple clients she always made me feel like I was her only client.
