Shelley was great. She was recommended to us by a friend and was immediately helpful and ready to work with us. She is straight forward and makes sure to explain any terms or concepts that aren't easily understandable. We especially appreciated that she "dumbed" down wordy contracts so we knew what it all meant. We went through a lot of ups and downs trying to sell our house and she was patient and encouraging throughout. We really enjoyed working with her and encourage others to do the same.

Shelley was awesome throughout this entire home buying process. When we first met, I informed her that this will be my first time purchasing a home and that I had initially started this process back in 2020 with no success. I let her know of the experiences I’ve had throughout the search process and she assured me that she will help get me to closing on the home I wanted, no matter how long it may take. Shelley did just that. She assisted me through every step of the process from sending me homes as soon as they were listed for sale that met my needs and budget, touring multiple properties with me, helping with lender requirements, and more. I am definitely grateful to have gone through this process with such a great realtor. Shelley was positive and patient with me throughout this entire process and always responded to any calls/text/emails whenever I had any questions or concerns. She is definitely a realtor I would highly recommend in the area!

Shelley done a great job of selling our house. In less than 4 days we had a full list price offer. Even at closing, Shelley waited over an hour and a half, standing outside in the heat (due to COVID precautions) for the lawyer to finish our closing to make sure everything was done right. If you are looking for a realtor to buy/sell a home, Shelley is a great choice. We have used her twice and we were satisfied both times.

Shelley is above and beyond the majority of realtors. One thing that I was not comfortable with during the process of selling, is having strangers in our home. She meets with the other realtor and potential buyers every time. She is excellent in communication and keeping you informed of your options. During these current times of Covid 19, she wears a mask, has the other people wear masks, and sanitizes the house after everyone leaves. She was able to get us the amount that we wanted for our home, and sold it quickly, even though the market was experiencing tough times due to the virus. You are in excellent hands with Shelley.
