Shelley Wallace

Shelley was raised in the Treasure Valley and started her career in 1991 at a local Title & Escrow Company. She helped hundreds of people close escrow on homes, which included selling, purchasing, and refinancing. This then led into a career as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer. She enjoyed helping first time homebuyers and working with people to satisfy all their mortgage needs. Her love of real estate didn’t stop there. She was then able to help administer a Federal Housing Grant for the State of Idaho, Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). When the Grant was completed, Shelley decided to get her Real Estate License. She worked in Commercial Real Estate, leasing office space to many local businesses. Shelley and her husband also own two businesses and she has been an intricate part of their success.

Shelley has continued her Real Estate Career which has now led her to Amherst Madison Real Estate Advisors. With the vast knowledge she has gained in the different aspects of her Real Estate career, Shelley has become a great resource and advisor to many Homebuyers and Sellers alike.

Also, during this time, Shelley and her husband have raised two daughters, has multiple grandchildren and recently added a Goldendoodle “Piper” to her family. Being raised in Idaho has made a great impact on her life and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends is at the top of her list.
