I just hired Shell Properties as my property manager for my rental home. They handled the listing, interviewed and screened potential tenants including credit checks. They handled all the rental contracts and key exchange with the new tenants. When issues come up with the rental, they are handled quickly! Everything about Shell properties is top notch and above all, very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about using a property manager!

I had the best experience with Shellie she was super helpful and responded to me right away. With all the crazy stuff happening in the world right now I thought selling my home at this time was a mistake but with Shellie and the demand in my area I had nothing to worry about. She gave me the best advice and made sure everything was happening at a pace I could understand and accommodate with my schedule.
