Shelli Pauly

Shelli combines her love for Central Austin neighborhoods with her passion for the real estate business and always seeks to represent your best interest through your real estate transaction. You will feel at ease with her professional and personable working style from the first time you meet her.

Before earning her real estate license in 1999 and brokers license in 2010, Shelli grew up in Houston, TX and graduated from University of Texas Austin with a major in Psychology and a minor in Economics. After graduating from UT, Shelli naturally progressed into the Acquisition Director role of the family business where she procured and purchased cash-flowing properties throughout Greater Houston and learned at an early age what it means to have a strong work ethic, high morals and core values. Although lucrative and exciting, her desire to create her own career plus adoration for Austin, brought her back to the home of the Longhorns and eventually to Urbanspace. She now has her own investment portfolio and can relate to the needs and goals of other investors, new or seasoned.

Shelli has lived and invested in most central Austin neighborhoods and her favorite is by far, where she currently resides in Downtown Austin at The 360! A perfect Sunday for her starts with a bike ride around the Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail, brunch at Lambert’s, followed by an afternoon massage at Za Spa Hotel, a sunset walk on Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge, and wrapped up with dinner on the patio at Ranch 616! An avid baker, Shelli enjoys donating her time and talent to the Bake A Wish program and has also volunteered as a Buddy at Helping Hands Home.
