I meet Shelli at an Open House and really liked her friendliness and she would answer my questions. When I got ready to sell my home I called Shelli and she was very helpful, told me right up front how she would advertise and show my home. We knew when our Open Houses would be scheduled and she was very helpful with the showing of our home. What impressed me most about Shelli was she would answer any of my questions and explain why when I asked. We wanted a larger home and I had been told by several agents that we couldn't find all we wanted for the price we had been approved for. Shelli never told us we couldn't find what we wanted in our new home. When my home sold Shelli was very quick to get us the information and the details for the closing. Shelli showed us several homes and when our home sold we were able to find a house quickly. She was great with getting us a good price and following our home inspection she was able to get necessary items fixed by the owner which even led to us getting a new furnace before we closed. We really appreciated all of Shelli's help in the whole process and help with our closing on both homes in just 4 weeks. I have recommended Shelli to several people and I would definitely tell anyone selling their home or looking to buy a new one the she is the BEST!
