Shellie was born in New Mexico and went to college on a softball scholarship where she earned her bachelor's Degree in science. After finishing her degree she continued coaching softball as an assistant coach at Cal State Monterey Bay until finally becoming a head coach at New Mexico Highlands University where she also obtained her Master's Degree in sports administration. While coaching Shellie met her now-husband Chad Raymond who was an assistant football coach at that time. We moved to Brevard in 2013 right after we got married as Chad was hired as the offensive line coach at FIT. We now have a 5 and 3-year-old and are loving our life here in Brevard.

Shellie works as part of the Four Star Team with Robin Steininger. Together they bring tons of experience, dedication, hard -work, and they look forward to not just becoming your agent, but also becoming your friend.
